Very few Personal Trainers understand the Vegan mindset. It's not their fault. They're simply not a Vegan and don't understand our lifestyle. Therefore Non-Vegan trainers may tell you that you can't get strong, build muscle mass, be healthy, train for a competition or any other fitness/physique goal you have simply because that is their belief. It doesen't make them a bad trainer or a bad person, they just don't know any other way.
However, you can indeed get strong, build muscle, lose bodyfat, train for a competition or any other fitness goal you have for yorself, on a Vegan diet.
Don't let anyone fool you into believing you have to compromise your principles in order to reach your fitness goals. As we know, being Vegan is more than what we choose to eat. It is a mindset that goes way beyond diet.
