I-Don't-Wanna-Cook-or-Diet-Today-Pasta

I-Don't-Wanna-Cook-or-Diet-Today-Pasta

This is the pasta I make when the LAST thing I feel like doing is cooking and I want some feel-good comfort food. Vegans and non-vegans would love this pasta and noone would ever know it was meat-free! This would be great for kids, families or keep it all for yourself!!!!!

  • 1 package Trader Joes Penne Arrabiata (frozen foods section)
  • 6 Trader Joes Meatless Meatballs
  • 2 Heaping Tablespoons Original Veganaise

Add package of Penne Arrabiate to a saute skillet and warm. Microwave the meatballs for about a minute. Crumble meatballs and add to skillet. Saute in pan until thoroughly heated. Turn off heat and add Veganaise. Mix through until creamy. Finish off with a slice of Cobblestone Mill San Francisco Sourdough Bread toasted with Nucoa Margarine and Garlic Powder. Add a glass of Vegan Red Wine and you'll really think you've gone to heaven!
